On the respective toolkit page, go to the Download the Toolkit option, and then select the Get It Now button.
For Linux* operating systems, you can download and install some of the toolkits via Docker* or package managers, such as YUM, APT and Zypper*.
When downloading, sign in to your Intel account to ensure that you get notifications of software updates.
Note No licenses are required to use Intel oneAPI toolkits. The Intel oneAPI toolkits obtained for free are supported via community forums. Only the most recent releases of the Intel oneAPI toolkits are available.
The downloads for Intel® Parallel Studio XE and Intel® System Studio have been removed as they are unsupported and no longer include functional or security updates. It is highly recommended that you move to the current update of the latest release version. For more details, see Intel® oneAPI Toolkits, Intel® AI Toolkit, Compilers Supported Product Versions.

When you transition from an Intel® software development product suite, such as Intel Parallel Studio XE or Intel System Studio, to an Intel® oneAPI Base Toolkit (with or without an add-on), your old serial number will be retired, and a new serial number for the new toolkit will be issued in the Intel Registration Center.
If you have had no lapses in your Priority Support and your Priority Support is active, you can request older downloads and product versions by opening a ticket in the Online Service Center.
Intel's current accelerated compute software development toolkits no longer need a license to install products. License or product keys or entitlement IDs are only required for registering your products for access to Priority Support.
If you have legacy products like Intel® Parallel Studio XE or Intel® System Studio, you need a license for installation. If you maintained active Priority Support for these products, you can find the license file in your account in the Intel Registration Center. (Privacy laws require elimination of data associated with an abandoned account after a certain period.)
If you purchased the original product and cannot find the older version in your account, and if you still have an active Priority Support subscription, you may request access to older downloads by opening a support ticket in the Online Service Center.
The Intel® Software License Manager is only available if a floating license is associated with your account. It is not needed for other Intel® Parallel Studio XE licenses or for accelerated compute software development toolkits from Intel. If you have active Priority Support, to request access, open a support ticket.
