This video demonstrates how to configure Intel® VTune™ Amplifier from Intel® System Studio 2018 to capture performance data on a remote Linux* device running Ubuntu* 16.04 using Cygwin* ssh-keygen and ssh-copy-id to generate the private/public key pair and configure the SSH connection that VTune Amplifier uses to communicate with the remote device. It also demonstrates how to load the performance monitoring unit drivers to enable advanced hotspot data collection and analysis.
