在 Quartus® II 软件版本 14.1 中，TimeQuest 时序分析器 使用 PLL 的串行时钟输出报告最小脉冲宽度违规。
对于 PCI Express （PCIe） IP 内核，TimeQuest 时序分析器报告 发送 （TX） 串行时钟输出的路径上的脉冲宽度违规 高级传输 （ATX） PLL 和时钟乘法器单元 （CMU） 部分锁相 循环 （fPLL） 至高速串行接口 （HSSI） TX 中的各种目的地 物理介质连接 （PMA） 通道。示例如下所示：

解决方法
此问题已在 Quartus® II 软件版本 15.0 中解决。没有 之前的软件版本变通办法。
