Intel® Kiosk Peripheral Management Utility (Intel® KPM Utility)

Overview

The Intel® Kiosk Peripheral Management Utility (Intel® KPM Utility) enables a smarter and more efficient way to deploy Intel®-based kiosk systems. The Intel KPM Utility provides tools to directly integrate into kiosk system designs, enabling more holistic monitoring and control over USB-based peripheral devices.

On kiosk systems with Intel vPro® technology, the Intel KPM Utility can remotely manage in-band peripheral devices and resolve their issues without the need to physically access the kiosk systems, which saves costly onsite IT service calls.

Evaluation Board

To facilitate testing and evaluation of the Intel KPM Utility, a sample evaluation daughterboard may be provided upon request (subject to availability). This evaluation board can be connected to any Intel-based motherboard with the necessary pin headers. Contact your Intel representative to submit your request.
