Using Microsoft’s Windows Subsystem for Linux 2 (WSL2) in Windows 10 and Windows 11, you can install the native Linux distribution of Intel oneAPI toolkits and libraries on Windows for CPU and GPU workflows.

macOS*

  • macOS 12.x and 13.x

macOS support is deprecated and will be removed in oneDNN 2024 release.

Software Requirements

For GPU development, the GPU drivers are requested from here.

If you are using oneDNN with DPC++, please also refer to Intel DPC++ system requirements.

Linux*

The following compilers are supported:

  • Intel® oneAPI DPC++/C++ Compiler 2023.1
  • Intel® C/C++ Compiler Classic 2023.1
  • GNU* C/C++ Compiler v4.8.5 or higher

Windows*

The following compilers are supported:

  • Intel® oneAPI DPC++/C++ Compiler 2023.1
  • Intel® C/C++ Compiler Classic 2023.1
  • Microsoft* Visual Studio* 2017 or higher

macOS*

The following compilers are supported:

  • Intel® C/C++ Compiler Classic 2023.1
  • Intel® C/C++ Compiler 19.0 and v19.1
  • Apple LLVM version 9.2 (XCode 9.2) or later
