Problem:  Device ID Codes mismatch for Stratix IV GX EP4SGX290F45 and
	  EP4SGX360F45 devices.


Solution: The device and documentation are correct. The ID for
	  EP4SGX290F45 is 0x024430DD and for EP4SGX360F45 is
	  0x024830DD. This patch updates the Quartus II software.

 
Caution - You must either have previously installed the Quartus II
          software version 9.1SP1 or must install the Quartus II
          software version 9.1SP1 before installing this patch.
          Otherwise, the patch will not be installed correctly and
          the Quartus II software will not run properly.
